With more than a decade of experience spanning cybersecurity, healthcare technology, finance, hospitality, and fashion, she brings a cross-functional perspective that bridges marketing, operations, and executive strategy. Her work focuses on helping businesses move beyond siloed efforts into integrated systems that support long-term performance.
As the founder of ONYX Meridian, Sarah is developing a strategic hub that connects marketing, operations, and executive-level support, including fractional leadership across disciplines such as marketing, finance, security, and human resources. The goal is to create clarity, structure, and alignment across the entire organization not just one department.

Jeremy works with organizations to turn strategy into execution, aligning marketing, sales, and client experience in ways that support steady, measurable growth.
With an academic foundation in communications, marketing, and public relations, and more than a decade of experience in B2B marketing and non-profit communications, preceded by a decade in professional services, he brings a practical, real-world perspective to his work. His experience spans cybersecurity, compliance, healthcare, nonprofit, and other service-based industries, where success often depends on trust, clarity, and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
His work connects digital and traditional marketing, including SEO, content strategy, paid media, and sales support. The focus is on building systems that help organizations be found, get chosen, and consistently turn interest into real opportunities.
As Operating Partner and Principal at ONYX Meridian, Jeremy helps lead the execution side of the work, developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, PR, CRM and pipeline structures, and content systems that are designed to function in day-to-day operations, not just in theory.
